Her style is gentle and relaxing with a focus for any-body type. Allison is a certified RYT200 Yoga Alliance Teacher. She received her training with Sacred Seed Yoga in 2019. Her vision is to bring the wholeness of Yoga as a healing modality, to release trauma stored in the body and build resilience as a way of life.

Allison is currently completing the Mindful Resilience or Trauma Recovery (MRT) certification from the Veterans Yoga Project.

MEDITATION

Allison custom scripted guided meditations that give implicit focus on heart-centered breathing.

When you allow your heart to feel, you begin to heal layers of conditioning. Your heart is able to begin to generate heart coherence, sending wisdom to the brain. When the heart and brain are in alignment, your body begins to respond with vitality.
